To avoid disappointment please order early.

These are made to order, please ask regarding any options.

To cook we suggest 2½ hours at 180°C, covered in foil for the last 30 minutes remove the foil. Rest for 30 minutes after cooking.

If you are a little short on oven space this is a great option.

Ideal for about 6-8 people.
