Went for the first time today. Was met by a fantastic team, very friendly and welcoming… the food was even better. If you love a high end standard of BBQ you will not find a better Butcher. The hot counter food is a thing of beauty too. My son had ‘’The American’. It looked unreal. I went for the pulled BBQ with maple glaze and all trimmings. I didn’t want it to end. The best butchers around without a doubt. They're always genuinely happy to see you and have a chat. Their pre-prepared meat (sausage rolls, etc.) are excellent but a little pricey. The rest of their meat is outstanding and reasonably priced. Tonight I have enjoyed yet another delicious stir fry meal for one courtesy of Chris and his team. Chicken tonight was excellent. Beef 2 weeks ago was great. pork 2 weeks before that. Freshly prepared. Bought to size. cheaper and quicker than Chinese takeaway.
